Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how Pro4hub users can request deletion of personal data, account data, and data received through connected third-party integrations such as Meta and Google.

Your Right to Delete Your Data

You may request that Pro4hub delete data associated with your account or connected integrations. After verifying the request, we will remove eligible personal data and stored integration tokens from our active systems.

1. Request Deletion by Email

Send a deletion request from the email address linked to your Pro4hub account. Include your name, account email address, business or organization name if applicable, and whether you want to delete only connected integration data or your full Pro4hub account data.

2. Data We Delete

Personal account details such as name, email address, role, and profile information.
Stored OAuth tokens and permissions for connected Meta, Google, or other third-party integrations.
Imported integration records that are no longer required to provide the service.

3. Processing Timeline

We acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days and complete eligible deletion within 30 days after request verification. Some information may be retained only when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or financial recordkeeping.

4. Disconnecting Meta Access

You can also remove Pro4hub access from your Meta account by visiting Facebook or Meta settings, opening Business Integrations or Apps and Websites, selecting Pro4hub, and removing its access. This revokes future access; for deletion of already stored data, please also send the deletion request above.
