This Privacy Policy describes how Pro4hub (also known as PRO-4 Hub, "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, protects, and handles your information when you access or use our operational intelligence platform and integrated marketing services.

Google API & OAuth Limited Use Disclosure

PRO-4 Hub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell your Google data or use it for advertising purposes.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide, personalize, and improve our services to operational and marketing teams. The types of information we collect include:

Account Information: Name, email address, password hashes, job role, and company details provided upon registration.
Third-Party Integration Data: When you connect third-party platforms (such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Business Profile, or Meta Business Accounts), we access data required to render dashboards and reporting metrics.
Usage & System Logs: IP addresses, browser types, request timestamps, and system performance logs to ensure security and reliability.

2. Use of Google OAuth Permissions

When you authorize PRO-4 Hub to connect with your Google Account, we request access to specific read-only scopes necessary for reporting:

Google Search ConsoleFetch search impressions, click counts, CTR, and keywords for mapped domain properties.

Google Analytics (GA4)Retrieve active user counts, event metrics, and session data for mapped analytics properties.

Google Business ProfileAccess business location metrics, search views, call actions, and review statistics for local SEO management.

We store OAuth access tokens securely in encrypted formats and use them strictly to perform authorized background synchronization and dashboard rendering for your account.

3. How We Use Your Information

To display integrated operational and marketing performance analytics on your dashboard.
To facilitate task management, client reporting, and internal workflows.
To authenticate user logins and protect against unauthorized account access.
To respond to user inquiries, technical support requests, and system alerts.

4. Data Sharing & Security

We place the highest priority on data confidentiality and security:

No Selling of Data: PRO-4 Hub does not sell, rent, or trade personal data or connected integration metrics to third parties or advertising networks.
Encryption: Sensitive tokens and credentials are encrypted both in transit (TLS 1.3/HTTPS) and at rest.
Access Control: Access to user data is strictly limited to authenticated system functions and authorized account users within your organization.

5. User Control & Account Revocation

You maintain total control over your connected accounts. You can disconnect or revoke third-party Google and Meta integrations at any time directly through the Integrations Management Page in the app, or via your Google Security Permissions Page. Disconnecting an account immediately purges stored OAuth tokens for that integration.
