PRO-4 Hub is a centralized operational intelligence system providing organization management, project tracking, content calendar workflows, and marketing analytics integration (including Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Google Business Profile data aggregation).

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information when setting up your user profile.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree not to use the platform for unauthorized access, data scraping, transmission of malicious code, or violation of applicable laws.

3. Third-Party Integrations & APIs

PRO-4 Hub allows integration with third-party service providers, including Google APIs (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile) and Meta Business tools.

• Use of third-party APIs is subject to the respective terms and privacy policies of those providers.
• We are not responsible for service outages, rate limits, or API policy changes imposed by third-party providers.
• You may disconnect third-party API permissions at any time within the platform settings.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All branding, platform architecture, source code, UI designs, and proprietary features of PRO-4 Hub remain the exclusive intellectual property of PRO-4. Users retain ownership of their imported business data and analytics content.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

PRO-4 Hub is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall PRO-4 be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from platform use or third-party service interruptions.
